P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring a Backwaiter to support restaurant operations by delivering food to guests promptly and courteously, assist with dining room cleanliness, and maintain service stations. All team members must provide excellent customer service to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Backwaiters help with greeting and seating guests, answering phones, and packaging takeout orders when necessary, while upholding safety and company policies.

Responsabilités

• Deliver food to guests promptly and courteously.
• Monitor the expo line, run trays for dine-in, assist guests with questions.
• Clear and sanitize tables, seating, and floors to restaurant standards.
• Retrieve and transport dirty dishes to the dishwashing station.
• Restock and clean service stations as needed.
• Operate kitchen equipment (coffee machines, iced tea machines, POS) as required.
• Interact courteously with guests and notify managers of any quality or service concerns.
• Follow company policies, dress code, and safety procedures.
• Assist with greeting, seating guests, answering phones, and packaging takeout orders when necessary.
• Assist with beverage preparation and responsible alcohol service when required.
