Job summary

P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring a Backwaiter to support restaurant operations by delivering food to guests promptly and courteously, helping with dining room cleanliness, and maintaining service stations.

All team members must provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include delivering food, monitoring the expo line, clearing tables, restocking stations, and assisting with greeting and seating guests as needed.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Possess or obtain a Food Handler’s Card where applicable.
• Ability to stand, reach, bend, balance, and lift up to 30 lbs. repeatedly during a shift.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food to guests promptly and courteously.
• Assist with dining room cleanliness and maintain service stations.
• Greet and assist guests, answer phones, and package takeout orders when needed.
• Support beverage preparation and responsible alcohol service when required.
