Job summary

Hyatt Regency Pittsburgh Airport is seeking a maintenance Engineer to keep the property in top condition while minimizing guest disruption. You will diagnose, maintain and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical and life-safety systems, with two years of trade experience or completion of trade school.

Daily tasks include assisting the front desk with guest requests and supporting security duties, while striving to deliver exceptional service in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• The candidate should have hands-on experience diagnosing and repairing building mechanical systems.
• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical and life safety systems is required.
• Good communication and guest-service orientation are essential.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, preventively maintain and repair building mechanical systems.
• Apply knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and life safety systems to keep the property well functioning.
• Assist front desk with guest requests and collaborate with team to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with building security including perimeter checks and access control as needed.
