Great Wolf Lodge is seeking a Food and Beverage Attendant in Traverse City. You will take orders, serve guests, and handle transactions across lodge restaurants and outlets with a focus on friendly, efficient service.

In addition to base pay of $17 per hour, tips vary by shift and location. We offer full-time, part-time, and flexible scheduling, plus benefits and career development opportunities through Great Wolf University.

Qualificações

• Some High School education or equivalent.
• Flexibility regarding scheduling based on business demands.
• Experience using basic math with addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Proven customer service and communication skills; able to read English manuals relating to safety, operations, and procedures.
• Criminal background and drug screen required.

Responsabilidades

• Communicates with guests to take food and beverage orders.
• Prepares customer food and beverage orders.
• Provides outstanding customer service and engages in suggestive selling.
• Maintains equipment and performs preventive maintenance; troubleshoots or calls for repairs.
• Assists merchandising tasks including display, inventory, and pricing.
• Handles cash; uses point-of-sale system and daily reporting.
• Ensures cleanliness, presentation, and service quality in the F&B outlet.
• Ensures daily operation of the retail outlet follows procedures.
• Assists in other food outlets as needed.
