Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge is seeking a Food & Beverage Attendant to greet guests, take orders, and serve in quick service outlets across the lodge. You will handle transactions, engage guests with a friendly demeanor, and help maintain cleanliness and operating standards.

The role offers base pay of $16.00 per hour plus tips, with shifts that may include full-time, part-time, and flexible scheduling. Applicants must be at least sixteen years old and able to work across multiple outlets.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service and communication skills.
• Flexibility regarding scheduling based on business demands.
• Experience performing basic math for cash handling and transactions.
• Successful completion of a criminal background and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders from guests.
• Prepare customer orders and ensure accuracy.
• Provide friendly, attentive service and upsell where appropriate.
• Maintain equipment and assist in merchandising, inventory, and pricing functions.
• Handle cash and operate POS system with daily reporting.
• Ensure cleanliness and high standards in F&B outlets and retail areas.
• Assist in other food outlets as needed.
