Qualifications

• Proven customer service skills and ability to read and interpret English language manuals relating to safety, operations, and procedures
• Flexibility regarding scheduling based on business demands
• Experience utilizing basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
• Successful completion of a criminal background and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Communicates with guests to take food and beverage orders
• Prepares customer food and beverage orders
• Provides outstanding customer service and engages in suggestive selling
• Maintains equipment and troubleshoots issues, calls for repairs as needed
• Assists in merchandising functions including display, stocking, and pricing
• Performs cash-handling functions (POS, registers, daily reporting)
• Ensures F&B outlet and retail operations meet cleanliness and service standards
• Supports in other food outlets as needed
