Job summary

ATG Entertainment USA seeks a dedicated House Security professional to safeguard patrons at the Majestic Theatre, Charline McCombs Empire Theatre, and The Espee in San Antonio. You will coordinate with third-party security and uphold venue policies to ensure a safe, enjoyable experience.

Key duties include pre-event setup, monitoring ingress, radio communications of issues, resolving guest concerns, and supporting Front of House teams with safety.

Qualifications

• Must provide best-in-class customer service and employee relations.
• Must be CPR certified and Stop the Bleed trained.
• Previous experience in security operations and event operations.
• Experience with venues and occupancy ranges is a plus.
• Must be able to lift at least 30 lbs.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Event: Attends pre-show meetings and assists in setting up security checkpoints.
• During ingress: monitors patron ingress and directs lines for a smooth flow.
• Assists third-party security with wanding and bag checks.
