Legends Global is hiring a part-time Event Security associate for the Pensacola Saenger Theatre. The role focuses on guest safety, access control, and professional guest interaction during events.

You will screen bags, operate entry equipment, and respond to incidents while maintaining a welcoming environment. The position requires flexible hours, including nights and weekends, and emphasizes teamwork, clear communication, and adherence to venue policies.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in guest relations or security is a plus (theatre or event setting preferred).
• Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Accurately check bags entering the theatre using x-ray equipment and re-screen as needed.
• Screen guests, employees and contractors with a magnetometer at entry points.
• Greet guests professionally and verify credentials for access control.
• Clean and disinfect high touch surfaces per shift and assist at ticket kiosks.
• Respond to guest disturbances/incidents promptly and professionally.
• Monitor the crowd and assist guests during emergencies and evacuations.
• Enforce facility policies regarding prohibited items and disruptive behavior.
• Work cooperatively with other departments and vendors within the arena.
