Job summary

ATG Entertainment USA is seeking a Premium Ambassador for live events in San Antonio. You will elevate the premium guest experience across our venues, including the Majestic Theatre and others, ensuring a welcoming, safe, and memorable visit.

You will greet guests, prepare premium spaces, check in guests for experiences, and collaborate with Front of House teams to resolve issues and exceed expectations during evenings, weekends, and holiday events.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 17 years of age at hire.
• Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
• Part-time evening/weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Greet premium customers in premium spaces.
• Assist with check-in for experiences.
• Respond to questions with exceptional service.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of premium lounges.
