Job summary

ATG is seeking a part-time Ticket Agent in San Antonio to sell tickets at the Majestic Theatre and other venues. The role covers up to 30 hours weekly with day and night shifts, offering a lively, customer-focused environment.

You will assist patrons in person, by email and phone; process transactions; and use ticketing systems like Audience View or Archtics. A 6-month background in ticketing or customer service is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months experience in ticketing and/or customer service.
• Ability to communicate effectively across channels.
• Knowledge of Windows-based programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell tickets in ATG Entertainment venues in San Antonio.
• Assist patrons with ticketing needs in person, by email and over the phone.
• Work as a team to ensure positive patron experiences.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Sell and exchange Broadway season tickets on two ticketing systems.
• Collaborate with marketing and premium services for ticketing needs.
