Job summary

AEG seeks Security & Guest Services Staff to ensure safe, enjoyable events for concert-goers, performers and team members. Responsibilities include screening guests, scanning tickets, and enforcing credentials across the venue.

Role requires ability to work in loud environments, stand up to 7 hours, and de-escalate tense situations with strong people skills. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be over 18 to apply.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Security experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a loud and fast-paced environment.
• Ability to de-escalate tense situations.
• Must be able to stand or walk for up to 7 hours.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented approach.
• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Screen guests upon arrival and scan tickets.
• Check credentials for backstage and restricted areas.
• Perform security screenings and bag checks.
• Credential checks throughout the venue including backstage areas.
• Monitor external venue areas including parking lots and access points.
• Identify and address unsafe or disorderly conduct using de-escalation techniques.
• Escort artists to and from public areas.
• Provide light cleaning during and after events.
