Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build guest relations throughout each shift and ensure guests feel welcome.
• Accurately prepare all food items according to established recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment, storage, and work areas; uphold health codes.
• Adhere to control procedures for food costs and quality.
• Check station before/during/after shift for proper setup and cleanliness; restock as needed.
• Handle routine guest complaints professionally, escalating when necessary to supervisory staff.
• Be flexible with scheduling, including late nights, weekends, and holidays.
