Job summary

Bally's Baton Rouge is seeking a friendly front-of-house team member to build guest relations, prepare drinks, and ensure a welcoming bar area. You will handle orders, payments, and maintain a clean workspace in a busy casino environment.

The role requires strong guest service, cash handling accuracy, and familiarity with POS systems. Flexibility for late nights, weekends, and holidays is essential. Casino experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Must present a professional demeanor and interact well with guests and team members.
• Experience in guest service or gaming environment is preferred.
• Able to follow cash handling procedures accurately.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills required.

Responsibilities

• Build guest relations throughout every shift and welcome guests.
• Prepare drinks correctly and promptly for guests.
• Sell cigarettes and amenities, ring orders, take payments, and make change.
• Adhere to cash handling procedures and company policies.
• Keep the service and storage areas clean and restock inventory.
• Use bar equipment and POS systems appropriately.
• Know guest alcohol limitations and policy regarding limitations.
• Handle routine guest complaints professionally and discreetly.
• Work a flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
