Bally's Baton Rouge is seeking a friendly, guest-focused team member to build guest relations, ensure timely food delivery, and maintain a clean, welcoming dining area. You will follow safety guidelines, assist with side work, and support supervision to resolve guest concerns while upholding company policies.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, strong teamwork and communication skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays at our Baton

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
• Must possess excellent teamwork, interpersonal, guest service, written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have a professional demeanor and presence with the ability to interact with guests and team members.

Responsabilités

• Build guest relations throughout shift by talking with guests and making them feel welcome.
• Ensure consistent product delivery to guests.
• Accurately prepare all food items according to established measurements and recipes.
• Adhere to control procedure for food costs and quality.
• Check station before, during, and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness.
• Perform all assigned side work including replenishing/restocking workstation with supplies.
• Encourage and abide by all health codes and hand washing guidelines.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of equipment, food storage, and work areas.
• Provide clear direction and guidance to subordinates.
• Understand guest alcohol limitations and company policy regarding limitations.
• Keep work area clean and orderly; adhere to policy and empower others to do same.
• Handle routine guest complaints and incidents and resolve to maintain positive relationships.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
