Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to move throughout the store and lift/move heavy boxes as needed.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments.
• Educate customers on VOC survey.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS, SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Maintain store recovery and merchandise return/go back processes.
• Support store in-stock optimization and AD sets.
• Assist with shrink and safety programs.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies.
