Job summary

Bear Creek Mountain Resort is seeking a Trails End Café Cook who focuses on guest experience and teamwork to deliver high-quality dining. The role supports the BOH kitchen, performing prep, maintaining sanitation, and coordinating with the Executive Chef to ensure menu items are prepared to Bear Creek standards.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to work under pressure, and communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 1-2 years previous kitchen/cooking experience preferred.
• Availability during peak operating times, i.e.: weekends, holidays and special events.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and strictly abide by State sanitation/Health regulations and Hotel requirements.
• Set up workstation with required tools, equipment and supplies.
• Inspect the cleanliness and working condition of all tools, equipment and supplies.
• Transport supplies from the Storeroom and stock in designated areas.
• Start prep work on items needed for the menu of the day.
• Closing Duties: Return all food items to the proper storage areas.
