Job summary

Bear Creek Mountain Resort is seeking a Banquets Server focused on guest service to create memorable banquet experiences. The role interacts with guests, assists with seating, and serves food and beverages according to function requirements.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication, attention to detail, and teamwork within the Banquets Department to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction at events.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.
• 1 year experience as a Restaurant or Banquet food server preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Availability during peak operating times, i.e.: weekends, holidays and special events.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive and assist with seating at tables.
• Serve all food courses and non-alcoholic beverages per function requirements.
• Efficiently complete pre-function side work and closing duties.
• Maintain knowledge of service requirements, menus, and presentation standards.
• Adhere to cash handling and payment procedures and follow contract beverage needs.
