HHM Hotels is seeking a bartender to serve beverages and/or food, ensuring guest satisfaction and smooth bar operations in a hospitality setting.

You will maintain clean bar areas, prepare drinks, verify IDs, handle orders, process payments, follow safety guidelines, and contribute to EarthView sustainability efforts.

Qualifications include high school diploma, bartending/mixology experience, and certifications such as TIPS or Food Sanitation (within 90 days). Benefits are offered.

Formación

• Bartending/mixologist experience required or equivalent training.
• High school diploma preferred.
• TIPS certification a plus.
• Food Sanitation certificate a plus, required within 90 days of employment.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain clean and organized bar areas.
• Slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks.
• Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol.
• Prepare and serve drink and/or food orders.
• Take orders and serve/clear food and beverages to guests seated at tables in bar/lounge areas.
• Issue guest checks and complete payment process.
• Follow standards for identifying and managing intoxicated guests.
• Complete beverage requisitions to maintain par levels.
• Complete required side work prior to shift end.
• Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction.
• Assist with beverage inventory.
• Follow sustainability guidelines and practices related to HHM's EarthView program.
• Practice safe work habits and OSHA standards.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
