Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a Bartender to serve beverages and/or food in a friendly, courteous and timely manner, ensuring guest satisfaction. You will maintain bar cleanliness, prepare garnishes, verify guest ages, and handle orders and payments.

The role supports growth along Beverage Manager pathways within the HHM group, with opportunities across the bar and lounge areas. Ideal candidates have bartending/mixologist experience and a basic food safety mindset; a High School diploma is preferred and

Qualifications

• Previous bartending/mixologist experience required or equivalent training.
• High school diploma preferred.
• TIPS certified a plus.
• Food Sanitation certificate a plus, required within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean and organized bar areas.
• Slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks.
• Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol.
• Prepare and serve drink orders.
• Take and serve food orders when applicable, and clear sections as needed.
• Issue guest checks and process payments.
