Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with a tablet.
• Exceed expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts while following policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and use of technology self-service options like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge with the team.
• Perform branch operations including cash devices like the cash vault or ATMs in line with policies.
