Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with a tablet to schedule meetings.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts in line with policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with branch team members to meet financial goals.
