Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow, using a tablet to check in and schedule meetings.
• Provide account servicing, maintenance, and open new accounts while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and technology self-service options (mobile app, online banking, ATMs).
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge to meet financial goals.
• Perform branch operations including cash handling and vault/ATM duties while adhering to bank policies.
