Job summary

Ferman on 54 INC seeks a Service Advisor to be the primary contact between guests and the service department. You will greet guests, document concerns, write repair orders, and communicate recommendations while guiding the repair process.

The ideal candidate has strong guest service, solid communication, and experience with dealership software. You will help manage workload, provide accurate estimates, and uphold guest satisfaction in a fast-paced shop.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or technical automotive training preferred.
• 1–3 years of customer service or automotive experience preferred.
• Prior experience as a Service Advisor or in automotive service strongly preferred.
• ASE certification or manufacturer training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and document vehicle concerns accurately and professionally.
• Write repair orders and clearly communicate service recommendations to guests.
• Provide accurate estimates for labor, parts, and repair timelines.
• Maintain ongoing communication with guests regarding vehicle status and updates.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure proper diagnosis and efficient workflow.
• Follow up with guest after service completion to ensure satisfaction.
