Job summary

Crystal Mountain is seeking a Shuttle Driver to safely transport guests and employees around the resort with a high level of service. The role includes occasional deliveries of gift amenities and assisting with guest luggage, and work primarily in afternoon shifts.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to interact with diverse personalities, and the ability to obtain a State of Michigan Chauffeur’s License.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with many types of personalities.
• Sound judgment and discretional skills with the ability to work with little or no supervision.
• Clear and concise verbal communication, especially when communicating via radio.
• Self-directed and able to maximize time, resources and technology.
• Must have or be able to obtain a State of Michigan Chauffer’s License.

Responsibilities

• Transport guests and/or employees safely to and from designated locations around the resort.
• Assist passengers when entering or exiting vehicle as necessary.
• Respond to guest calls as needed (gift baskets, supply runs, etc.).
• Perform inspections of shuttle for mechanical, safety and equipment problems daily.
• Maintain a friendly, cheerful and courteous manner at all times.
• Keep shuttle clean of debris and neat in appearance at all times.
• Engage with passengers and provide a fun environment during the transport.
• Other duties and special projects as assigned.
