Target is seeking a Specialty Sales Team Leader in Durham to drive guest experience and sales performance in a fast-paced retail environment. You will lead hourly team members, coach on service standards, and manage daily workloads while upholding store policies.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
18 years of age or older.
Retail experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly environment.
Ensure team delivers Target's guest experience commitments and consistent operations.
Lead onboarding, coaching and development to close skill gaps within the team.
Plan workload and assign tasks to team members based on guest traffic patterns.
Support merchandising sets, planograms and seasonal presentations to drive sales.
