Target is seeking a Specialty Sales Team Leader in Winston-Salem to inspire guest experience and lead a fast-paced team. You will oversee daily operations, merchandising, and curb a guest-first culture while delivering sales results.

You\'ll coach hourly team members, schedule workloads, and ensure store standards, safety, and compliance. Previous retail leadership helps you thrive in this role with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Retail experience preferred, but not required.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.
• Lead and develop a team of hourly team members including interviewing, coaching and retention.
• Plan daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and sales goals.
• Maintain merchandising sets, planograms, signage and backroom organization.
• Ensure safety and compliance across the store and respond to incidents timely.
• Partner with leadership to drive guest engagement and achieve department targets.
• Support on-the-floor operations such as cash handling, back-up cashier duties, and guest services.
