Target is seeking a Specialty Sales Executive Team Leader to drive store sales and deliver an outstanding guest experience. You will lead a diverse team across Apparel & Accessories, Beauty, and Electronics, coordinating merchandising, staffing, and training to meet sales goals.

You will recruit and develop hourly team members, manage performance, and ensure product availability. This role requires flexibility for early shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
