Job summary

Dunkin' is seeking Shift Leaders to join our Empire Group Team in Michigan. You will coach crew members, set shift goals, assign tasks, and reinforce brand standards to deliver a friendly guest experience.

You will support a safe, efficient operation, handle guest issues, and drive profitability by executing promotions and maintaining product quality. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential to motivate the team and uphold Dunkin's standards.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience.
• Math and writing skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• 18 years of age or older where applicable.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach Crew Members throughout the shift to meet operational Brand standards and guest experience.
• Communicate shift priorities, goals and results with team members; provide timely feedback.
• Support training and development of crew members as requested.
• Resolve guest issues and maintain a guest-first culture.
• Ensure Brand standards, recipes, and systems are followed; enforce safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Drive sales goals and ensure all products are prepared to brand standards.
