Qualifications

• Fluent in English is required.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Strong math and writing skills.
• Basic computer skills are needed.
• Must be at least 18 years old where applicable.
• High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support a respectful team environment and communicate shift priorities, goals, and results.
• Coach and provide feedback to crew members to meet brand standards.
• Assist in training crew members as requested and support their development.
• Create and maintain a guest-first culture; resolve guest issues and ensure safety and sanitation guidelines are followed.
• Drive sales and ensure brand standards and marketing initiatives are executed; manage shift cash over/short.
• Ensure products are prepared according to brand standards and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Support a fast, friendly guest experience by maintaining professionalism under pressure and pacing workload.
• Help implement operational routines to keep restaurant running smoothly.
• Contribute to overall team performance and assist teammates to meet shift goals.
• Maintain accuracy in cash handling and point-of-sale procedures during shifts.
• Follow company policies and hygiene requirements to protect guests and coworkers.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth shift transitions.
