P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring dine-in food and beverage Servers, Waitresses or Waiters in West Des Moines, IA. This core team member role emphasizes exceptional guest experiences, teamwork, and hospitality across a scratch-kitchen environment.

We offer on-the-job training, flexible schedules, advancement opportunities, discounted meals, and benefits based on hours worked. No prior experience required; training provided to help you thrive in a fast-paced restaurant.

Competenze

• Previous experience not required; training provided.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages.
• Have a current Food Handler’s Card where applicable, or we will help you obtain.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, teamwork environment.

Mansioni

• Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations.
• Understands the restaurant menu to engage guests on choosing menu items and able to answer guest’s questions.
• Guides guests through their dining experience while taking, placing, and serving food and beverage orders, as well as processing payments.
• Understands restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food within the restaurant.
