P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is seeking dine-in food and beverage servers to join our team. You will be part of a core crew delivering tailored, guest-centered service in a scratch-kitchen environment.

No prior experience is required—we train you. This role offers flexible scheduling, internal advancement opportunities, and benefits including health insurance and paid sick leave where eligible.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages.
• Have a current Food Handler’s Card where applicable, or we will help you obtain.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment.
• Previous experience is not required – we will train you!

Responsibilities

• Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations.
• Understands the restaurant menu to engage guests on choosing menu items and able to answer guest’s questions.
• Guides guests through their dining experience while taking, placing, and serving food and beverage orders, as well as processing payments.
• Understands restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food within the restaurant.
