Job summary

P.F. Chang's China Bistro is hiring dine-in food and beverage Servers, Waitresses or Waiters to join our frontline team. You will deliver hospitality that anticipates guest needs, explain menu items, and guide guests through their dining experience from seating to payments.

No prior experience required—we train you and help you grow within the company. We offer flexible scheduling, paid on-the-job training, opportunities for advancement, and employee meal discounts.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages.
• Have a current Food Handler’s Card where applicable, or we will help you obtain.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment.
• Previous experience is not required – we will train you!

Responsibilities

• Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations.
• Understands the restaurant menu to engage guests on choosing menu items and able to answer guest’s questions.
• Guides guests through their dining experience while taking, placing, and serving food and beverage orders, as well as processing payments.
• Understands restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food within the restaurant.
