Job summary

P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring dine-in food and beverage Servers, Waitress or Waiters to join our team in a fast-paced, guest-centric setting.

You will guide guests through their dining experience, take and serve orders, and process payments to ensure an exceptional visit. We train for all positions and offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay with tips, opportunities for advancement, discounted meals, and additional benefits where applicable.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment.
• Previous experience is not required – we will train you!
• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages.
• Have a current Food Handler’s Card where applicable, or we will help you obtain.

Responsibilities

• Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations.
• Understands the restaurant menu to engage guests on choosing menu items and able to answer guest’s questions.
• Guides guests through their dining experience while taking, placing, and serving food and beverage orders, as well as processing payments.
• Understands restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food within the restaurant.
