P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring immediate full-time or part-time dine-in servers. The role supports a welcoming, guest-focused dining experience in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities to grow within the company.

As core team members of the scratch kitchen restaurant, servers provide individualized service and excellent hospitality while learning the menu and procedures. Training is provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, teamwork environment.
• Previous experience not required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Delivers hospitality by anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations.
• Understands menu and can answer guests’ questions.
• Guides guests through their dining experience while taking, placing, and serving food and beverage orders, as well as processing payments.
• Knows seating layout and how to deliver food within server areas.
