Job summary

P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring for restaurant servers, waitresses or waiters to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a dine-in setting. Training is provided, and full-time or part-time positions are available with hourly pay plus tips.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and etiquette.
• Ability to follow sanitation and safety procedures.
• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages.
• Food Handler’s Card available or we will help you obtain.

Responsibilities

• Delivers hospitality experience by anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations.
• Understands the menu to engage guests and answer questions.
• Guides guests through their dining experience while taking, placing, and serving food and beverage orders, and processing payments.
• Understands seating layout and server areas to deliver food within the restaurant.
