Job summary

PF Changs China Bistro is hiring now for dine-in food and beverage servers (waitstaff) on either full-time or part-time schedules. No prior experience is required, and on-the-job training is provided to help you succeed.

You will deliver hospitality, explain the menu, take and serve orders, process payments, and help maintain a clean, welcoming dining area. Benefits include flexible scheduling and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Previous experience is not required – we will train you!
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages.
• Have a current Food Handler’s Card where applicable, or we will help you obtain.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment.

Responsibilities

• Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations.
• Understands the restaurant menu to engage guests on choosing menu items and able to answer guest’s questions.
• Guides guests through their dining experience while taking, placing, and serving food and beverage orders, as well as processing payments.
• Understands restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food within the restaurant.
