Job summary

PF Changs China Bistro is hiring immediate for full-time or part-time hourly dine-in servers (waitresses or waiters). No prior experience required; training provided to ensure a superior guest experience.

As a core team member, you will deliver hospitality, guide guests through dining, answer questions, take orders, and process payments while maintaining service standards and a clean dining environment. Competitive pay and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and etiquette.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcohol where applicable.
• Current Food Handler’s Card or assistance to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Delivers hospitality experience and exceeds guests’ expectations.
• Engages guests about the menu and answers questions.
• Guides guests through dining, taking and serving orders, and processing payments.
