Job summary

PF Changs China Bistro is hiring immediate full-time or part-time dine-in food and beverage servers. No prior experience is required as we provide training and you’ll join a team dedicated to hospitality.

As a core team member, you will learn the menu, help guests select items, deliver orders, process payments, and ensure a memorable guest experience while upholding sanitation and safety standards.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Ability to follow sanitation and safety procedures.
• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcohol.
• Have a current Food Handler’s Card where applicable, or we will help you obtain.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment.

Responsibilities

• Delivers hospitality and exceeds guests’ expectations.
• Understands the menu to engage guests and answer questions.
• Guides guests through their dining experience, taking and serving orders, and processing payments.
• Understanding seating layout and server areas to deliver food.
