Job summary

P.F. Chang’s is hiring dine‑in food and beverage Servers, Waitresses or Waiters in New Jersey. No prior experience required; we provide training and opportunities for advancement. Full-time or part-time hourly positions with competitive pay and growth potential are available.

Responsibilities include delivering hospitality, guiding guests through the menu, taking and serving orders, handling payments, and maintaining a clean dining area. Training is provided to ensure excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous experience is not required – we will train you.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages.
• Have a current Food Handler’s Card where applicable, or we will help you obtain.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment.

Responsibilities

• Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations.
• Understands the restaurant menu to engage guests on choosing menu items and able to answer guest’s questions.
• Guides guests through their dining experience while taking, placing, and serving food and beverage orders, as well as processing payments.
• Understands restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food within the restaurant.
