Job summary

P.F. Chang’s in California is hiring full-time or part-time hourly restaurant dine-in food and beverage Servers, Waitresses or Waiters. You will deliver hospitality and help guests enjoy the dining experience with menu knowledge and friendly service.

No prior experience required—we train you. Must meet age requirements for serving alcohol where applicable, have or obtain a Food Handler’s Card, and thrive in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment.
• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages.
• Have a current Food Handler’s Card where applicable, or we will help you obtain.

Responsibilities

• Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations.
• Understands the restaurant menu to engage guests on choosing menu items and answer questions.
• Guides guests through their dining experience while taking, placing, serving orders, and processing payments.
• Understands seating layout and how to deliver food within the restaurant.
