Job summary

LOCAL Public Eatery is seeking a Server/Bartender to deliver friendly, attentive service and expert beverage knowledge in a team-driven setting. You will guide guests through menu options, prepare cocktails and drinks, and ensure accurate POS input and timely service.

We value growth-minded individuals with willingness to learn, valid Food Handler and Alcohol Server permits, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Physical stamina is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in fast-paced, high-volume restaurant.
• Ability to connect with others; teamwork is key.
• Desire to grow and learn.
• Valid local and/or state Food Handler and Alcohol Server permits.
• Walk/stand for long periods; lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with friendly, attentive service throughout dining.
• Recommend menu items based on guest preferences.
• Prepare and pour cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages per recipes.
• Input orders accurately in POS system.
• Maintain clean service stations and assist with duties.
• Monitor beverage and food deliveries and ensure proper service.
• Handle payments securely and promptly.
• Follow safety protocols for food and alcohol service.
