LOCAL Public Eatery is hiring a Restaurant Manager in Town Center, Texas to lead a dynamic, guest-focused team and drive memorable hospitality. You will mentor staff, optimize service standards, and partner with leadership to grow the business.

You will attract and retain talent, coach peers, manage daily operations, and ensure safety and quality while delivering value to guests and the community.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of leadership experience in a restaurant setting.
• Natural-born leader with strong teamwork and people skills.
• Desire to grow hospitality and sales-building capabilities.
• Willing to obtain valid local/state Food Handler and Alcohol Server permits.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Foster a cohesive, collaborative team environment through exemplary leadership.
• Provide guests with friendly, attentive service throughout their dining experience.
• Maintain professionalism and forward-looking attitude with partners, guests, vendors.
• Resolve service issues and guest complaints with urgency and good judgment.
• Assist with store sales, budgets, cost of goods, and labor.
• Supervise service and experience standards and coach accordingly.
• Build sales opportunities and positive guest experiences.
• Fulfill recruitment needs and retain top talent.
• Support training and development of technical knowledge and execution.
• Communicate daily focus and feedback to service and kitchen teams.
• Follow all food and alcohol service safety precautions.
