Job summary

The ONE GROUP is seeking a Server Assistant to support our service team and help deliver an outstanding dining experience. You will help set tables, assist servers, and ensure guests are attended to with care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include running food, pre-busing, restocking stations, and maintaining cleanliness while adhering to health and safety standards. Night and weekend work is required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring an elevated and memorable dining experience
• Work closely with servers to deliver food, answer guest questions, and maintain table standards
• Run food and drinks efficiently while ensuring accuracy and proper table placement
• Pre-bus tables, remove used tableware between courses, and reset tables promptly
• Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly to maintain seamless service flow
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness, ensuring service areas and dining spaces are neat and organized
• Assist with table setups, stocking service stations, and additional front-of-house tasks as needed
• Communicate effectively with team members to enhance efficiency and service speed
• Follow all health and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe and clean work environment
