Job summary

The ONE GROUP is seeking a Server Assistant to support our service team and uphold hospitality standards in a fast-paced environment. You will help set tables, assist servers, and ensure guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring an elevated and memorable dining experience
• Work closely with servers to deliver food, answer guest questions, and maintain table standards
• Run food and drinks efficiently while ensuring accuracy and proper table placement
• Pre-bus tables, remove used tableware between courses, and reset tables promptly
• Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly to maintain seamless service flow
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness, ensuring service areas and dining spaces are neat and organized
• Assist with table setups, stocking service stations, and additional front-of-house tasks as needed
• Communicate effectively with team members to enhance efficiency and service speed
• Follow all health and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe and clean work environment
