Job summary

The ONE Group is seeking a Server Assistant to support our front-of-house team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. You will help ensure tables are properly set, guests are served promptly, and service standards remain top-tier across our venues.

Collaborate with servers to deliver food and drinks, assist with table setups and resets, and maintain a clean, safe dining environment. Flexibility for nights and weekends is preferred.

Qualifications

Guest-first mindset and hospitality focus.
Ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Strong attention to detail and guest experience orientation.
Must stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

Set tables and assist in delivering food and beverages.
Work closely with servers to ensure accurate orders and timely service.
Maintain table cleanliness and proper reset between courses.
Uphold high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
Follow health and sanitation regulations and safety procedures.
