Just Salad is hiring Toppers to join our front-of-house team. Under the Restaurant Team Leader, Toppers will prioritize guest interactions, prepare orders, and support efforts to reduce the brand's environmental footprint.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adaptability, and reliable availability for shifts. Responsibilities include taking care of customers, completing order tickets, and keeping the toppings area organized and stocked.

Competenze

• Excellent customer service and guest interaction skills.
• Ability to read, write, and clearly mark a JS order ticket.
• Able to lift up to 20 pounds and move throughout a shift.

Mansioni

• Provide excellent customer service to Just Salad guests.
• Fill out order tickets clearly and accurately; assist with digital orders.
• Top salads and wraps and restock toppings as needed; follow FIFO.
• Maintain cleanliness of the line; sweep floor and break down topping line at shift end.
• Follow food safety standards and contribute to environmental initiatives.
