Just Salad is seeking Toppers to join our team in the front of house, focusing on guest interactions and preparing orders. You will also support environmental initiatives to reduce the brand’s footprint. The role requires open availability and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include topping salads, handling order tickets, assisting with digital orders, and maintaining cleanliness. Training is provided, with growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide excellent customer service to guests.
• Basic math and reading/writing of order tickets.
• Clear and professional communication with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to Just Salad guests.
• Fill out order tickets clearly and accurately.
• Assist with digital orders as needed.
• Top salads and wraps.
• Restock toppings and lettuce as needed.
• Follow FIFO (First in First out).
• Cleans the line and completes assigned tasks.
• Work as Name Taker if needed.
• Cleans, restocks and breaks down topping line at end of shift.
• Follow food safety and quality standards.
• Support environmental initiatives like recycling and composting.
