Job summary

Just Salad is seeking Toppers to join our front-of-house team. Under the Store Restaurant Team Leader, you will focus on guest interactions and preparing orders, while supporting environmental initiatives like recycling and composting.

No prior experience required beyond a willingness to learn; paid training is provided. You will be responsible for topping salads and wraps, ensuring FIFO, and maintaining a clean, efficient line.

Qualifications

• Able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
• Able to remain stationary or move continuously during a shift.
• Read, comprehend and follow JS menu and instructions.
• Clear and professional communication with customers, team members and management.
• Follow food safety and health department policies and standards.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service to Just Salad guests.
• Fills out order ticket clearly and accurately.
• Assists with digital orders as needed.
• Tops salads and wraps.
• Restocks toppings and lettuce as needed.
• Practices FIFO (First in First out).
• Cleans the line and sweeps floor during shift.
• Completes assigned tasks and works as Name Taker when needed.
• Cleans, restocks and breaks down topping line at shift end.
• Follow all Just Salad policies and quality standards.
• Support programs to minimize environmental footprint (recycling, composting, etc.).
