Job summary

Just Salad is seeking Toppers to join our front-of-house team under the guidance of the Store’s Restaurant Team Leader. You will focus on guest interactions and preparing orders in the front of house, while supporting initiatives to reduce Just Salad’s environmental footprint.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and clearly mark JS order tickets.
• Ability to perform basic math and read the menu accurately.
• Strong communication with customers and team members.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to Just Salad guests.
• Fill out order tickets clearly and accurately.
• Assist with digital orders as needed.
• Top salads and wraps.
• Restock toppings and lettuce as needed.
• Practice FIFO (First in First out).
• Keep the line clean and safe.
• Sweep floor during shift.
• Complete assigned tasks.
• Work as Name Taker if needed.
• Clean, restock and break down topping line at shift end.
• Follow food safety and quality standards.
• Support environmental footprint reduction programs.
