Job summary

Just Salad is seeking Toppers to join our front-of-house team. Under the Restaurant Team Leader, Toppers will prioritize guest satisfaction and prepare orders while supporting initiatives to reduce environmental footprint.

The role emphasizes guest interaction, accurate order tickets, and occasional digital order support. Ideal candidates show strong communication, basic math, and the ability to work with speed and precision.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent guest service and accurate order handling.
• Read, write and mark JS tickets clearly.
• Maintain pace and accuracy during shifts.
• Follow food safety and health department standards.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service to Just Salad guests.
• Fills out order ticket clearly and accurately.
• Assists with digital orders as needed.
• Tops salads and wraps.
• Restocks toppings and lettuce as needed.
• Practices FIFO (First in First out).
• Cleans the line and breaks down topping area at shift end.
• Works as Name Taker if needed.
• Follow all Just Salad policies.
